mkdir build &&

meson --prefix=/usr &&
ninja

This package does not come with a test suite.

Now, as the root user:

ninja install

Installed Programs: gnome-tweak-tool

Installed Libraries: None

Installed Directories: /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/gtweak and /usr/share/gnome-tweak-tool

gnome-tweak-tool
