Install Akonadi by running the following commands:
mkdir build && cd build && cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$KDE_PREFIX \ -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release \ -DINSTALL_QSQLITE_IN_QT_PREFIX=TRUE \ -Wno-dev .. && make
To test the results, issue make test.
Now, as the root
user:
make install
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
: This switch
is used to apply a higher level of compiler optimizations.
-DINSTALL_QSQLITE_IN_QT_PREFIX=TRUE
:
This switch ensures that Akonadi
SQLite extension is installed into the Qt plugins directory.
